Schema Import Security Change

In a recent update, the permissions for data import into schema was changed so now only Jira administrators can perform imports.

This is a severe change to the operational process my organization has set up, and also the way our schemas were configured.

Is it possible to revert back to prior permission levels, where Insight Managers can import?
